The Power of the Blood of Jesus

  • Acts 20:28 - Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God[a] which He purchased with His own blood. 
  • Romans 3:25 - whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 
  • Romans 5:9 - Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. 
  • 1 Corinthians 10:16 - The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? 
  • Ephesians 1:7 - In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace
  • Ephesians 2:13 - But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. 
  • Colossians 1:14 - in whom we have redemption through His blood,[a] the forgiveness of sins. 
  • Colossians 1:20 - and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. 
  • Hebrews 2:14 - Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil 
  • Hebrews 9:7 - But into the second part the high priest went alone once a year, not without blood, which he offered for himself and for the people’s sins committed in ignorance;

  • Hebrews 9 - 12 - Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. 13 For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, 14 - how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
  • Hebrews 9 - 18 - Therefore not even the first covenant was dedicated without blood. 19 For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and goats, with water, scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, 20 saying, “This is the blood of the covenant which God has commanded you
  • Hebrews 9:22 - And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission.
  • Hebrews 9:25 - not that He should offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the Most Holy Place every year with blood of another—
  • Hebrews 10:4 - For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins.

  • Hebrews 10:19 - Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,
  • Matthew 26:28 - For this is My blood of the new[a] covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
  • Mark 14:24 - And He said to them, “This is My bloodd of the new[a] covenant, which is shed for many.
  • Hebrews 13:20 - Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

  • Revelation 5:9 - And they sang a new song, saying: " You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood. Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
  • Revelation 12:11 - And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
